Anyone who enjoys quality beer will feel at home in Big Ditch’s Tap Room. In the Tap Room there are at least six beers (and sometimes as many as 12) are on tap. Their menu offerings include entrées that either feature beer as an ingredient, or complement the beers available.
The History of the Big Ditch Brewing Company
Big Ditch Brewing Company was founded in 2013 by Matt Kahn, Corey Catalano, Wes Froebel and Pail Iskalo. Big Ditch opened for business in October of 2014 and is now available at fine establishments throughout Western New York. Their Tap Room opened in the summer of 2015, serving Big Ditch beers alongside fresh food in a fantastic downtown setting.
