Tubby Tubes Company

Get tubular at the Tubby Tubes Company, located only five minutes from Lake George. Make your way down the lazy river in style with guided tours perfect for all ages, all summer long. The Tubby Tubes company was the first in the Lake George region to provide guided tours. With eighteen years of experience, Tubby Tubes offers a perfect lazy river tubing adventure! The package includes a two-hour round-trip ride through Lake Luzerne, with certified river guides, life jackets, and bus shuttle. The season runs late June through early September, so make sure to go while you can!

If the lazy river isn’t your style, Tubby Tubes has three gigantic downhill tubing lanes! Made out of synthetic material that allows you to feel like you are sliding down a snowy hill, these lanes are all the fun of traditional snow tubing, without the bitter cold. If things get too summery hot, Tubby Tubes has cool water misters to lighten things up as you tube. Go on your own or have one of their attendants give you a push or spin down the ramp. Riders must be two years or older, and must be able to sit in their own tube, specifically no lap-sitting.

After hours of fun in the sun, stop on by the Bigfoot Café located right in the park for an ice-cold drink and some typical summer grub. From burgers and hot dogs, to mozzarella sticks and pretzels, there’s always something to munch on for any eater in the family.

“This was the highlight of our trip! The workers could not have been nicer, more helpful, more fun, more reassuring, and more down to earth!”
