Dishes at X2O Xaviars on the Hudson incorporate classic French technique with Italian and Spanish influences and Asian embellishments. Guests can enjoy the original cuisine unique to the Hudson Valley and can even expect a visit from chef-owner Peter Kelly, who often makes the rounds at the tables. X2O Xaviars on the Hudson offers Prix Fixe lunch and Sunday brunch menus.
