Reservations to Third Street Retreat Eatery and Pub are not available. Due to limited seating, it is first-come, first-serve basis. Third Street Retreat does not have liquor, but there is a variety of local wines and beers. A 10% discount is offered to Niagara University and Niagara Community College students. Military personal are also offered a 10% discount. Valid ID is required and only applies for that person. The discount can only be applied to their food. Third Street Retreat also serves take-out.

For loyal patrons, Third Street Retreat Eatery & Pub offers a loyalty card. For every $10 customers spend, they will receive a stamp. Once the loyal customers have received 10 stamps on their card, they are offered $10 off their next meal. The $10 does not include tax or tip.
