Homemade Fudge
The Nest Egg started making their own fudge at The Phoenicia Fudge Factory on April 15th, 2011. They are always coming up with twists on a current recipe or creating an entirely new recipe altogether. Fudge flavors include chocolate, chocolate walnut, cappuccino, dark chocolate, red velvet, vanilla, mint/chocolate, butter pecan, dark chocolate/raspberry swirl, dulce de leche and peanut butter/chocolate. Additionally, The Nest Egg makes seasonal flavors including apple pie, pumpkin pie, cherry cordial, chocolate/cherry walnut, candy cane and many more.
