All ingredients in their dishes are locally grown and used from farms all around New York State to ensure you are getting the best quality. And for those that do not eat meat, they have an arrangement of vegan options.
According to their website, SILVIA uses a wood fire grill and has an “organic vegetable-centric pantry.” They have a wide variety of wines and mixed drinks to pick and choose from which are known to pair nicely with their food. For those who like to try new things, SILVIA has a list of 4 different house-made sodas to try!
SILVIA is solely an in-person eatery, meaning the restaurant no longer serves take-out orders. In addition to indoor dining, the restaurant offers outdoor dining, which is optimal for observing life in Woodstock.
Since there are no take-out orders, SILVIA can get pretty busy. So, make sure to call in advance to set up a reservation and get a great dining experience. The restaurant is open 7 days a week, opening at 5 p.m. every afternoon and closing at 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 p.m Friday and Saturdays.
