Open since 2011, Chef Pascal and his wife Ericka create beautiful presentations of seasonal dishes offered in a 3-course table d’hôte. Each week, three new dishes are added, as well as seasonal menu changes. Enjoy beef carpaccio with oyster sorbet or roasted octopus with chorizo and salsa verde. Tandem is a ‘Bring Your Own Wine’ restaurant, so you can pair your meal with your wine of choice.
