Hotel Tivoli, just outside of Rhinebeck, is the perfect option for those looking to explore more of the Hudson Valley area. This hotel, and its accompanying restaurant The Corner, is located in a century-old building situated in the historic town of Tivoli.

Guests will find the property is filled with an eclectic collection of furniture, lighting and art, decorated carefully by owners and painters Brice and Helen Marden.

The hotel has 11 rooms, ranging from one queen bed, one full bed, two twin bed and one king bed setups.

Stop in for a bite to eat at The Corner, which offers a Mediterranean-inspired menu. The ingredients are local, farm fresh and tasty. Grab a drink from the bar that has an eclectic selection of wines and fresh-ingredient cocktails designed by Employees Only in New York Ctiy.

The bar is led by Devan Hasson and it is clear that it celebrates inventive cocktails that highlight the seasons.

The restaurant is open for dinner from Thursday to Monday, 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.
