Located in the heart of downtown Yonkers, The Yonkers Brewing Company is a community staple for great beer, good food, and a lively atmosphere.
Established in 2013 by John Rubbo and Nick Califano, The Yonkers Brewing Company was born out of shared family traditions. Inspired by memories of helping each their respective grandfathers make homemade wine, the duo decided to experiment with brewing, turning their summer project into a full-fledged business. Over a decade later, the brewery is known for its rich, original drafts and welcoming community atmosphere.
The heart of the experience is, of course, the beer. Nearly every draft is brewed in-house. Their flagship beer, the 914 Vienna Lager, remains one of the brewery’s most popular offerings. Guests can also sample IPAs, pilsners, and sours, all praised for their full-bodied flavor and originality.
