This boutique farm distillery is not only focused on creating delicious and unique spirits but also on raising awareness and education on historical events, especially considering the building and surrounding area’s history. By creating a distillery, not only are they bringing great products forward, but actively working to preserve and restore this historical site.
The distillery’s crowning spirit is the Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a four-grain bourbon made with local New York corn, malted barley, rye and wheat. It is even fermented in American oak casks. Also peruse the Rye Whiskey, Straight Malt Whisky and Cannon Trail Vodka.
