If you’re looking for something tart and funky try Solifloris, a barrel aged wild ale developed by mixing Strangebird’s Belgian Pale brew with beets and sumac. For fans of hop-forward beers, the brewery’s award-winning Unfettered Soul, a well-balanced, medium-bodied DIPA, is the way to go. For those who love their beers dark, the brewery offers Bear Fight, a delicious Russian imperial stout, brewed with aromatic dark crystal and chocolate malts. In addition to its large selection of beers, Strangebird also provides a plethora of regionally-sourced, house-made food options. The menu offers several personal pizza varieties, including a delicious mushroom pie. Sides, such as perfectly seasoned fries topped with a decadent lemon aioli and main courses like a smashed burger and a fried chicken sandwich, round out the menu.
The brewery hosts special events such as Beer Dinners, where guests can enjoy a curated 4 course meal paired with a thoughtfully chosen brew. Guests are also given the opportunity to meet with Strangebird’s brewers.
