Opened in 2013, this Hudson Valley staple serves up elevated pub fare and locally brewed beers. Mill House is helmed by Hamie Bishop, who left a career in medicine to pursue his true passion: brewing. Housed in a beautifully restored mill, the brewery’s interior has just the right touch of vintage charm. With a passionate team that cares about quality and creativity when it comes to their craft beers, there’s no better place to enjoy a night out!
Mill House has a cozy, industrial vibe, with an interior that honors the building’s history. Kick back and savor the ambiance with a refreshing, freshly-brewed beer. Can’t decide what to try? Mill House offers beer flights where you can sample a selection of five different brews. While house-brewed beers are obviously the star of the show, Mill House also offers a large selection of delicious elevated bar food. The menu features classic finger foods such as pierogies, deviled eggs and pretzel bites, as well as their popular Bang Bang Cauliflower and a variety of burgers, sandwiches and personal pizzas.
Mill House offers a Sunday Brunch available from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Stop by and try a delicious Dubai Waffle with pistachio cream, phyllo crumble, chopped pistachios and chocolate drizzle. The Ridge at Mill House hosts Live Music Fridays weekly from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
