    What is Josie’s Table?

Josie’s Table is owned by Daniel Darves-Bornoz, whose previous venture, Provence Restaurant & Wine Bar, closed after a 21 year run in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic. Josie’s Table opened in 2022, a collaboration between Daniel and his son Peter Darves-Bornoz, who serves as Executive Chef of the restaurant. The restaurant’s name is a tribute to Daniel’s mother, Josephine, whom he credits as fostering their love of cooking. Josie’s Table offers a seasonally rotating menu that emphasizes thoughtfully prepared farm-to-table dishes. The restaurant’s commitment to sourcing ingredients locally means that you can savor all the best flavors that Upstate New York has to offer. At Josie’s Table enjoy a delicious dish with the freshest ingredients.

A chef works in a dimly lit kitchen at Josie's Table, preparing food. On the counter, plates with burgers and a cup holding French fries sit under a spotlight, highlighting the dishes.
