    What is Bullfinch Brewpub?

    Founded by brothers Dave and Tim Collins, Bullfinch Brewpub is rooted in the pair’s lifelong love of fantasy. Raised on stories of magic, monsters and mythology, the brothers decided to infuse these influences into the theme of Bullfinch. The gastropub takes its name from 19th century mythology scholar Thomas Bullfinch. Offering a variety of unique, award-winning craft beers as well as a full menu, Bullfinch Brewpub delivers a truly out-of-this-world experience.

    A spacious indoor brewery restaurant, Bullfinch Brewpub features yellow metal beams, an upper walkway, a Bullfinch Brewery sign, and a bar area with chairs and TV screens. A potted tree on the upper level adds a refreshing touch of greenery.

    What to Expect at Bullfinch Brewpub

    Bullfinch Brewpub is a fantasy and sci-fi lover’s paradise. With a lineup of beers inspired by D&D lore, from Prismatic Spray, a rainbow sherbet sour, to Quantum Ogre, a tropical hazy IPA, there’s a tasty brew to delight every adventurer! In addition to its house-made beers, the brewpub also offers a variety of signature drinks, including The Barbarian, a mixture of bourbon, angostura bitters, walnut and local maple syrup. As far as grub goes, there’s a variety of shareable options such as the Pepper Rings of Power (deep fried banana peppers) and other bar favorites like wings and jumbo pretzels. Burgers, flatbreads and salads are also available. Beyond its delicious food and brews, Bullfinch’s charming fantasy theme makes every visit a one-of-kind experience.
