The Culinary Institute of America (CIA)

Located on the scenic Hudson River, the Culinary Institute of America is widely recognized as the world’s premier culinary institute. With an army of passionate students, faculty and 50,000+ alumni, this institution is nothing short of exceptional. Overtime, the CIA has developed a legacy of leadership by focusing on issues that shape the constantly progressing food world. Along with the Culinary Institute being a place for young chefs to develop their talent, the campus also houses 11 unique restaurants that are open to the public. Although COVID-19 has caused the CIA to temporarily close, the passion of their chefs makes for an exciting reopening.
