The award-winning TD Toronto Jazz Festival spread out over 10 days, is back in 2024 for its 37th edition from June 21 to June 30. Enjoy daily free outdoor programming, as well as a selection of ticketed concerts. 

Since its inception in 1987, the festival has hosted more than 35,000 musicians at over 3,400 public events. The event was named Best Jazz Festival at the National Jazz Awards Canada and the #1 Music Event in BIZBASH Magazine.

Explore the Bloor-Yorkville neighborhood, the stylistic and culture-rich neighborhood in downtown Toronto that serves as the central hub of the festival.

On June 20, attend the Inaugural Toronto Jazz Fest Gala Fundraiser to celebrate the swinging 20s and the best in Cuban Jazz featuring Toronto’s finest musicians!  The evening will kick off with a performance from the best big band music of the Swinging 1920s, followed by brass bands and local artists. There will also be dancers accompanying performances. Then, for the late night portion, music will switch to Afro-Cuban influence featuring Toronto’s top Afro-Cuban musicians. Attendees are encouraged to wear 1920s attire! Attendees can purchase tickets for the full evening from 7 pm – 1 am for $365 or a late night ticket for 10 pm – 1 am for $175. The gala is fundraising to harness jazz as a tool for building a strong community while providing economic and professional opportunities for local performers.
