How to Experience the Festival
Head to downtown Saratoga Springs and explore the festival’s activities throughout Broadway and the surrounding downtown area. Families can dress up in costume and visit participating local shops for trick-or-treating, enjoy live music from Road Soda Pop and watch the Pumpkin Roll on Caroline Street.
