Adirondack Maple Weekend
Don’t miss out on the annual Adirondack Maple Weekend! Head out March 20-21 or March 27-28 to participating farms and museums to learn how maple syrup is made and snack on some sweet treats.
Since its first weekend in 1995, Adirondack Maple Weekend is now in its 26th year. The NYS Maple Producers’ Association sponsors events all throughout New York for two weekends every year. This year there are over 180 participating farms and museums that have helped make New York the second largest maple producing state in the United States.
Visitors will learn about the maple sugar making processes and traditions. You can expect to taste fresh syrup in its many different forms, meet the farmers and producers, and celebrate this sweet tradition with friends and family!
Participating Farms
Be sure to stop at one or all participating maple farms during the Adirondack Maple Weekend. Dress in warm layers and expect muddy conditions. Most locations offer free tours and samples with maple syrup and other treats to bring home available for purchase.
