2019 World Pride & Stonewall 50th Anniversary
In 2019, NYC Pride welcomes WorldPride as we mark the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising and a half-century of LGBTQIA+ liberation.
2019 World Pride
Come and celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising in New York City, this celebration will span the entire month of June. The festivities will begin June 1 and commence June 30, the month will be filled with various official and partnered events for all.
This month-long celebration is the first World Pride hosted on United States soil, and the second North American World Pride in the events 20-year history. Attendees will get to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to honor and celebrate the Pride movement where the modern movement began in 1969.
