One World Observatory

Ascend 102 stories in 47 seconds at the Freedom Tower and learn how New York City transformed from unsettled lands to today’s remarkable forest of skyscrapers.

Enjoy unique, panoramic views of New York City’s most iconic sites and surrounding waters from atop the 1,776-foot One World Trade Center building.

Ever wondered what the city looks like from the top floor of the One World Trade Center? You can see for yourself by visiting the popular tourist attraction, the One World Observatory. The top three floors of this 1,776-foot building are home to innovative exhibits and exciting activities fit for visitors of all ages. Explore aspects of New York City’s history through an augmented-reality tour, exploring the bedrock that lies underneath the city or browsing the gallery!

Rain or shine, the view can’t be beat. In the (rare) occurrence of zero visibility, however, the Observatory guarantees an invitation to visit again on a day with better weather conditions. Upon request and at the discretion of the Observatory, a voucher may be issued for each un-used ticket allowing for re-entry on another date and time within 14 days, depending on availability.

“This observation deck has earned its spot as one of the most special places in the city.”
