The original mansion, with its stately stone facade and sweeping staircases, stands as a prime example of opulent Renaissance Revival architecture.

    In 2017, the property was transformed into Le Mount Stephen, a sophisticated boutique hotel that merges the old with the new with the addition of a sleek, modern glass tower attached to the historic mansion. This unique blend of styles allows guests to experience Montréal’s historic past alongside modern comforts.
