Situated in the village of Saranac Lake, Blue Line Brewery Pizza & Pub serves up handcrafted beer and personal pizzas with a hefty helping of Adirondack charm.
Founded in 2012 and located in a repurposed car wash, Blue Line Brewery is brimming with hometown allure. As Saranac Lake’s first microbrewery and the 3rd oldest brewery in the Adirondacks, Blue Line is passionate about crafting quality small-batch brews.
This laid-back brewpub is also known for its signature 10-inch, South Shore-style bar pizzas. The brewery’s name pays homage to the iconic blue boundary line that outlines the Adirondack Park, denoting the land as “Forever Wild”.

With its easy-going atmosphere, Blue Line Brewery is the perfect spot for the whole family. The menu features a variety of specialty pizzas, but you can also choose to build your own. Other pub grub options include delicious wings, potato skins and homemade “Car Wash Pretzels”. But the main attraction is, of course, the beer. The beer menu includes a wide selection of ales, IPAs, stouts and more, all brewed in-house. Try a delectable “Old Mountain Milk Stout” a brew that’s infused with lactose, adding a level of velvety sweetness, or a “90 Miler DIPA” named after the famous Adirondack Canoe Classic “90 Miler” boat race from Old Forge to Saranac Lake.
