Established in 1999, The Adirondack Pub & Brewery has been handcrafting fresh, crisp ales and lagers for over two decades. What began as a passion project for founder and owner John Carr—inspired by the high-quality beers he experienced while traveling through Europe—has grown into a year-round destination for delicious beer and grub. Each brew is made on-site using pure Lake George spring water and locally-sourced ingredients, resulting in fresh, flavorful pints that capture the energy of the Adirondacks. Step inside and you’ll find a charming log cabin atmosphere complete with Adirondack-style decor and rustic furnishings. The pub’s tap list changes with the seasons, featuring year-round favorites like the Bear Naked Ale, Bobcat Pilsner and Lake George’s IPA, as well as rotating limited releases.
