Head to Glen Falls, NY for a weekend of high-octane sports-car racing. Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen is a car racing series, including the Porsche GT3 Cup and Lamborghini Super Trofeo. The endurance race sees competitors attempting to cover as much ground as possible during the event.

Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen originated as a part of the Watkins Glen Grand Prix in 1948. The race covered a span of 6.6 miles around the Watkins Glen State Park and through the village of Watkins Glen. At various points in its history, Six Hours of the Glen has been a part of the SCCA National Sports Car Championship, the United States Road Racing Championship, World Sportscar Championship, IMSA GT Championship, and currently the United SportsCar Championship. The drivers with the most wins, currently tied at 4 apiece, are Walt Hansgen, Derek Bell, James Weaver, and Scott Pruett.

2021’s edition of Sahlen’s Six Hours of the Glen starts on Thursday, June 24 and lasts until Sunday, June 27. The titular race will last six hours long on the Watkins Glen International track. Racers will launch down the track at 9:45 a.m. on Sunday. Other events include the four-hour Continental Tire 240 at the Glen, the Porsche GT3 Cup Challenge, and the Lamborghini Super Trofeo.

Tickets will grant you access to all of the action and much more. Fans can meet drivers making final preparations on Saturday and Sunday during the pre-race Fan Grid Walk, get up close and personal with IMSA crews at the Pit Terrace, and relax in a park environment at the Boot, a patch of green free of grandstands between turns 6 and 9.

You also have the option of purchasing various hospitality packages, with amenities such as trackside seating, exclusive parking, discounts on refreshments and even exclusive track events for Corvette drivers.
