Enjoy wine and food tastings, a car show, and live performers at the 27th annual Capital Region Wine and Apple Festival.
Come celebrate the 27th anniversary of the Capital Region Apple and Wine Festival! A weekend filled with wine tastings and sales, food, arts and crafts, a car show, live music, cooking demonstrations, and activities for children, this Fest provides something for everyone in the family! Rain or shine, the Apple and Wine Fest will take place at the Altamont Fairgrounds!
Over 20 different wine, hard cider, and spirits participants will be present at the Apple and Wine Fest. They will provide tastings and sales of their products. With each $8 admission to the wine tasting building, guests receive a 10oz souvenir wine tasting glass as a reminder of this great event! Along with wine, the Fest will provide a food court and NY Specialty Food Vendors.
The Car Show will judge car classes — 1980 and older and 1980 and newer. Trophies will be awarded to the top 10 show cars in each class. Bikes will also be judged and awarded. Along with the entrance fee, plaques and goody bags will be given out to the first 50 cars that enter!
Be sure to check out the Arts and Craft show, where this year 125 craft exhibitors will be present! For the kids, there will be face painting, pumpkin painting, a haunted house, and great performances and entertainment throughout the weekend. So, get ready to goodbye to summer and welcome fall at the Capital Region Apple and Wine Festival, and have fun with the whole family!
