The 62nd annual Attica Rodeo Show will again be hosted in Attica, NY. The four-day rodeo will feature different performances everyday, including live music. The show will run everyday from August 1 until August 4, tickets gain entry for their assigned days, so multiple will be required if you desire to attend the rodeo for more than one day.

Competitors compete for cash prizes in a variety of events, which include: bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, barrel racing, breakaway roping and of course bull riding. Performances typically run for around three hours, and there is a cowboy party Thursday, Friday and Saturday night for any participants and spectators after the event. There is no fee to participate in the after party.

Attending the Attica Rodeo Show

You can purchase tickets in advance for $16 for adults, $6 for children (ages six through 12) and children five and under are free. Busier days, like Friday and Saturday night, often have longer lines, buying tickets in advance can help avoid the lines. The Attica Rodeo & Show Association recommends arriving an hour in advance to get the most desirable seating.
