Enjoy barrel-aged beer, wine, and cider made from all over the country! Accompanied by live music and a massive bonfire, the 11th annual barrel fest is an event that is sure to be a good time.

Hosted by Adirondack Pub and Brewery, the Adirondack Brewery Barrel Fest draws in hundreds of people. Beverages come in from a number of different places, arriving in barrels ready for guests to enjoy. In addition to the drinks, the brewery features a massive bonfire, fireworks display, live music, food trucks, and other snacks for patrons to try..

Attending the Barrel Fest

The festival is set to take place on Saturday, March 4, 2023 from 1pm-4pm. Tickets to the festival run from $12 to $70, depending on your desired experience. A traditional ticket allows guests to have three hours of tasting, a free commemorative glass from the event, and access to the food trucks, live music, and other events going on. VIP tickets include everything previously mentioned, plus a 22oz. Bottle of a Limited Edition Barrel-Aged Beer and a free Brunch Special the morning of Barrel Fest.

All attendees are recommended to eat a sizable breakfast before sampling drinks at the festival. At the Kegs & Eggs Brunch from 11am-1pm in the brewery barrel room, enjoy a special brunch menu for just $15.00! This brunch is included for FREE in the VIP ticket package. The Adirondack Pub and Brewery also encourages ride sharing and designated drivers. If you are the designated driver for your group, you can get in for just $12 and partake in the free snacks that are available, as well as water/soda.

The festival is for individuals who are over the age of 21. There are over a dozen different breweries represented at the event who bring various types of beer, cider and wine for guests to try.  

Take Amtrak to the Adirondack Brewery Barrel Festival

Since Amtrak’s Adirondack service is currently not running north of Albany, there is only one Amtrak train daily to the Fort Edward Amtrak Station which is the nearest station to this event, 15.7 miles away. Alternatively you can take Amtrak to the Albany-Rensselaer Station (ALB) as there is more frequent Amtrak service to this station and Enterprise provides car rentals right at the Albany-Rensselaer Station.
