Follow the alluring stone staircase down to the base of the gorge and Devil’s Hole Trail. There, you will find stunning views of the rapids and the spectacular naturally layered rock formations of the gorge.

Here, visitors get to explore 42 acres of pristine nature. With difficulty options ranging from easy strolls to advanced scrambling, there is much to look forward to at Devil’s Hole State Park. Simply meander the initial flat portion of the trail while taking in the scenery, or challenge yourself by continuing on to difficult terrain. Either way, look forward to being satisfied when you are finished.

Some feel as though they have left the United States when visiting, judging from the crystal blue water and the otherworldy whirlpools. The natural music of the Niagara rapids and the singing birds will have you feeling total bliss.

With free parking right off the highway and a complimentary bike trail, there is no reason to not stop at Devil’s Hole State Park when visiting Niagara.
