The health and safety of Rivers Casino guests continue to be a top priority as the Sure Bet Sanitized cleaning program remains in place. This includes an increased daily cleaning regimen of the gaming floor, restrooms, elevators and common areas with disinfectants recommended by New York State and the CDC. Over 150 sanitation stations have been added throughout the property. Machines are disinfected regularly throughout the day, and high-touch gaming items are routinely disinfected.
Masks are optional for fully vaccinated team members and guests. Team members and guests who are not vaccinated, or only partially vaccinated, from COVID-19 must continue to wear a mask.
