Landis Arboretum Virtual Writing Workshop
Landis Arboretum is offering a two-hour virtual writing workshop on Sundays where individuals can learn how to bring nature into their writing.

Landis Arboretum Virtual Writing Workshop
Landis Arboretum is offering a two-hour virtual writing workshop on Sundays where individuals can learn how to bring nature into their writing. Hosted by Susannah Risley on Zoom, the workshop will be an opportunity to learn about readings that explain how nature can be used as a part of the writing process. It doesn’t matter if you are a new or veteran writer because everyone is welcome. It is asked that those interested only join one session.
It is required that individuals register at info@landisarboretum.org, where you will then receive further information regarding logging in. The writing workshop is sponsored by the nonprofit organization Poets & Writers.
The Arboretum is open for visits in the meantime. They ask that visitors adhere to social distancing guidelines. The buildings are closed, but the grounds are open and free of charge. In addition to the virtual writing workshops, Landis Arboretum is staying up to date with short videos on their website and social media. Other virtual events will be hosted by nature educator George Steele, who will lead a Herp Walk (June 20), Pond Ecology (July 11), How Trees Grow and Tree ID Workshop (August 16) and more.
