Rhinecliff-Kingston Station (RHI)

Explore the Hudson Valley by taking Amtrak to Rhinecliff-Kingston (RHI).

The Rhinecliff—Kingston Station (RHI) services the heart of the Hudson Valley. Rhinecliff, directly on the Hudson River, is a hamlet of the popular town of Rhinebeck, which has a busy downtown, filled with historic buildings, top-notch restaurants and chichi shops. The Beekman Arms, thought to be the oldest inn in the country, serves up a famous brunch.  Other can’t-miss restaurants include Terrapin and Gigi Hudson Valley.  On the other side of the Hudson River, 12 miles from the station, lies the historic and trendy city of Kingston, with three distinct regions–the historic uptown Stockade District; midtown, and the downtown waterfront Rondout area. Popular attractions include the Hudson River Maritime Museum, the Senate House State Historic Site, UPAC, the Old Dutch Church and the Rondout Lighthouse.
