The twin towns of Clifton Park and Halfmoon feature great accommodations such as the Park Manor Hotel (www.theparkmanorhotel.com, (518) 373-2255), interesting trails and historic sites such as Grooms Tavern (built in 1825) and the Vischer Ferry General Store, (1787).
